Booking
Booking an appointment with our Resident Stylists is easy! Just provide a credit card to hold your spot, much like a hotel reservation. Don't worry—you won’t be charged unless the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time. We appreciate your support in helping us keep our schedule running smoothly! *Check out our cancellation policy below for more details.
Cancellations
At Ashlyn Jamyson Salon & Spa, we understand that plans can change, but last-minute cancellations or reschedules do not allow enough time to offer the appointment to another client. This impacts our ability to maintain a well-balanced schedule and provide the best experience for all our guests. To help us keep things running smoothly and ensure fairness to both our clients and stylists, we kindly ask that any changes be made 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time. Cancellations or changes made after this period will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. *** (Exceptions for bad weather, road conditions, and illness will be considered)
Refunds
Services: At Ashlyn Jamyson Salon & Spa, your satisfaction is our priority, and we take immense pride in our work. If you're not completely happy with your service, we’re pleased to offer a complimentary adjustment. This must be scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment and will be performed by the same service provider. We do not offer refunds for services.
Adjustments are intended to refine or correct the initial service rather than make major changes or complete redos. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll do everything we can to ensure you love your results.
Products: We cannot accept returns on products for sanitary reasons unless the product is broken or defective.
Extra Guests
We understand that life gets busy and childcare arrangements don’t always go as planned—we’ve been there too. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that small children only accompany you to the salon if they have an appointment. If they do, we request that they remain supervised at all times. Our space and seating are limited, so we appreciate your consideration of others. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to accommodate. Thank you for understanding!
Payment
We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and tap-to-pay options. Please note that a 3% service fee applies to all card transactions. To avoid this fee, cash payments are welcome. Payment is due at the time of service minus any deposits made.
Color & Lightening Product Charges
To keep pricing fair, hair products to achieve color are charged separately from the service fee—similar to getting an oil change, where you pay for the service and the oil depending on what’s used. This way, you’re only billed for the specific products applied to your hair. These non-commission items are carefully weighed and stored in our system, so your stylist can recreate your exact formula or make adjustments at future appointments. At the start of your session, your stylist will go over the estimated cost of the solutions being used, which may vary depending on your hair’s unique needs.
